Waddington Flats - Boutique Hotel

I'm a local to the area and I needed a safe space to store luggage for a few hours. Despite the unusual request they were incredibly kind and accommodating. It's a charming hotel and I recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victoria. Great area too! Right next to some of the best walking, shopping and dining in Victoria.

Lovely apartment in an extremely convenient location. Many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5 minite walk. Parking garage steps away (be sure to download the Victoria parking app). Was a bit nervous about the entrance being off an alley, but my concerns were groundless.

We had a wonderful time at Waddington Flats. The flat was well equipped, centrally located, very clean and the roof top patio off the bedroom was a big plus with nice view of the harbour. We would highly recommend the flat for short or long term stays. The location is a short walk to shopping, points of interest, transit bus stops and city indoor parking.

This is a very nice hotel and in a great location right at the harbour. We loved that it was dog friendly and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have only one other unit on the floor and there was a separation in the hallway between the two units. We were traveling with our dogs so it was good that we had a bit of a noise buffer. Only comment if you are traveling by car it is not the most convenient to unload/load belongings. If you can get the street parking right by the alley it is your best bet but you will need to park in the parkade across the street for any extended period which is close by, but adds to travel budget for each day. Overall it was a convenient spot to be around a lot of bars, restaurants and in close walking distance to shopping and harbour walking paths.

Overall a decent place to stay. I booked through Expedia which was probably a mistake as receiving my check in information was not flawless which resulted in a lot of stress and a late check in. Garden Suite was as described, I didn’t find the location noisy at all, just some noise from units above. I could also see float plans from my balcony which was a great bonus! Suites are pet friendly which is a pro and a con, I don’t have a pet but could see how this is great for pet owners. That did mean however the unit smelled like pet and made me weary of the rug in there. Overall price, location, and features of the unit would make me recommend this place to stay, with a few hesitations.

Stayed here last month, booked through their website - it was amazing. Everything was so clean, easy to get in, and very secure building. Such a beautiful spot. I had the room booked with a rooftop patio and also a Juliet balcony. The views were great. Walking distance to everything including restaurants, cafes, shopping, and great spot for early morning strolls along the water. Parking nearby, and I got free EV charging at the lot. Highly recommend - I would 1000% stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Waddington Flats. It was clean with a seamless check-in and just what we needed for the few days we were visiting Victoria. Despite free wi-fi as a listed amenity, we found that the network/password provided did not work. We notified management and were provided alternate networks/passwords, both of which did not connect as well. The lack of wifi connection extended to the unit's TV often causing the channels to cut in & out. As a result, we were forced to burn through our data throughout the stay. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and would consider staying again when connectivity issues are resolved.

We had a good stay! Location was Superb! Host even allowed us to check in early since the suite is already available. The suite is very clean and everything you need is there. We will definitely recommend and come back. Thank you
